Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 30 days of delivery.
Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive an item that does not match the SKU or description of your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions of Return
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original parts and accessories.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping Costs
If your return is due to damage in transit or an incorrect item shipped, MM Medical Supply will cover the cost of return shipping. (must provide photos of damage).
We will provide a prepaid return label once your return request is approved.
